Ashrafco Return & Exchange Policy

At Ashrafco, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we value your trust in our products. That’s why we’ve created a fair and flexible return and refund policy to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience.

  1. Return & Exchange Conditions

    • ✅ Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
    • ✅ Items must be in their original condition, unused, and not installed or modified in any way.
    • ✅ The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
    • ❌ Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been installed on the vehicle.

  2. Non-Returnable Products

    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
    • Used tires or wheels.
    • Any item no longer in its original condition or showing signs of scratches or damage after delivery.

  3. Order Cancellation & Refund

    • Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
    • If the order has already been shipped and the product meets the agreed specifications, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in case of cancellation or return.
    • If the order is refused without a valid reason, the customer will bear the return shipping fees.

  4. Full Refund Eligibility

    A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

    • The customer received a product different from what was originally ordered.
    • The product has a clear manufacturing defect that was not previously reported.
    • The product is incompatible with the vehicle and Ashrafco had not issued a prior disclaimer.

  5. Refund Process

    • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
    • For electronic payments (credit cards), the refund will be processed within 14 to 20 business days, according to the bank’s procedures.

  6. Damaged Products or Lost Shipments

    • In case the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos showing the damage.
    • In case of a lost shipment, we will resend the same product only.
